*Experimental takes 15% off of the total price. Prices will be provided after detail discussion.
Experimental is for clients who prefer to give the artist (myself) creative freedom to make stylistic choices. When selecting experimental, please clarify if you have any specific desires (for example, "I don't want painted" or "I don't want to go over $100")

Disclaimers:
I reserve the right to reject commissions and/or unreasonable changes to a finished product.
If you need the art by a specific deadline, I must be notified prior to accepting your commission.
If you provide additional details after agreeing to a set price, the price may need to be renegotiated.
I will not accept commissions of content that you do not have the right to use (e.g. celebrities, a design or character that is not your property) unless you have proof of permission.
I retain the right to use, publish, and/or post the commission unless otherwise discussed before I begin the piece.
Artwork is for personal use only. If you would like to use the art for commercial use, please contact me for more information.
Reselling, trading, or altering the artwork must be accepted by me before being allowed. Filtering and/or adding accents such as symbols, emojis, etc, are allowed.
If your artwork is being used without your permission, please contact me so that I can file a DMCA on your behalf as the technical legal rights holder.
I keep commission files for 6 months barring technical errors such as file corruptions and other unforeseen issues. I recommend all clients to back up any files as I cannot guarantee I will be able to resend them.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full before I will start working on your commission unless otherwise discussed. Please contact me for more info if you need to pay in installments.
PayPal payments MUST be made through an invoice that I will send you. Failure to do so will result in additional fees in order to refund the incorrect payment.
Please send me a message/email letting me know you have paid. Otherwise, I may miss your payment.
THIS TERM APPLIES TO CLIENTS WHO RESIDE IN VAT-TAXING COUNTRIES ONLY If I am aware that you legally reside in a country that requires VAT-taxing, you will need to pay through a custom Etsy listing due to VAT tax charges. Slots & Refunds:
Refunds are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Commissions are no longer eligible for a full refund once I have started working.
I do not send refunds after the art has been completed.
Your slot will only be claimed once you have paid in full.
If you do not pay in time to claim a slot, you will be eligible for a wait-list to be notified when my next slots open.
